COVID-19 Extended Returns Policy
Due to the Covid pandemic and our commitment to customer satisfaction, you can shop with confidence for your gifts. Our returns policy has been extended to 90 days from date of delivery. Simply return any unwanted purchases to us and we will refund your order, according to our Refund/Exchange policy detailed below.

If the item is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item please get in touch with one of our friendly customer service.

Send the items back to us. It’s best that you send your goods back via a Recorded service as we cannot accept liability for anything which is lost in the post on it’s way back to us.

We can only refund or exchange items which are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
